The Law Review welcomes submissions by judges, professors, practitioners, law clerks, and students. All submissions should include a cover letter and conform to the 18th edition of the Bluebook.

The Law Review will give preference to articles between 20 and 60 law review pages in length including text and footnotes. The Law Review disfavors articles exceeding 100 pages. Electronic submissions are preferred, but the Law Review will accept hard copies if necessary.
